Correspondence:
Newsletter from the
Treasurer’s report: Carol mentioned that West Sound Bank had recently been taken over by
Kitsap Bank and as a result, several of our CD’s will be paying a lower
interest rate.
Branch Manager’s report: Please see the separate report. Susan mentioned that the KRL attorney

solicited. Ray agreed to edit the next
newsletter with a publishing target set for the end of the summer.
Facilities Manager report: John thanked
the Cisneys for help in lowering/raising the flagpole for its new paint job
prior to Memorial Day. We still need to
find an improved halyard and cleat lockbox for the flagpole.
Gardens: Our
next weeding day will be June 12th at 9:30AM and volunteers are
always needed.
Building Committee: Eric has nearly completed the reinforcing bar for the concrete pad
and has lined-up volunteer help for the wall framing.
Port Advisory Committee: Steve said there will be a Port of Manchester
celebration on Saturday August 29th, along with a complimentary “hot
dog feed” paid with funds generated by the PAC/MCC/MCA/FOML volunteer 7/5 Port
clean-up. We’ll have a sign-up list for
volunteers at our 6/24 FOML meeting.
Steve also mentioned that the Port is considering annexing adjacent
