The Manchester Citizen Advisory Council provides a discussion forum for community interests and issues.  The Council enhances communication between Manchester-area residents and Kitsap County government, and coordinates efforts of the many council and community residents currently working to improve the Manchester community. MCAC members represent Manchester’s broad interests, and work together to proactively address community interests and concerns.

 

The Manchester Citizens Advisory Committee meets the
first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm at Library.

Proposal for the establishment of the Manchester Citizens Advisory Committee (MCAC) Per the Manchester Community Plan Dated December 31, 2007  The MCAC would be made up of individuals representing the following groups/organizations within the Manchester Boundary:
