Meeting called to order at 6:35 and past minutes approved. In attendance: Carole Leininger, Debbie Tudeau, Mati Walters

Treasurer’s report – Balance $595.00 no new bills, no new mail and no change in membership.

Committees-

MCA – Neighborhood clean-up still scheduled for 5/31

Downtown Design/Parking/Plan Commitment - next meeting is Tuesday 5/13 7:00pm at the Library.

No other committee reports

Discussions:

1. It’s time to discuss our bi-yearly town meeting.

2. Carole will re-invite Hansville, CK and Kingston CAC’s to speak at our next meeting 5/27/08
