MCC Executive Board Meeting Minutes

9/4/08

Meeting called to order at 6:35 and past minutes approved. In attendance: Carole Leininger, Debbie Tudeau, Mati Walters, Carrilu Thompson, Ron Rada,

Treasurer’s report – Balance $595.11 no new bills, no new mail and no change in membership.

Committees-

MCA –Road cleanup is scheduled for Sept. 27^th. Volunteers will meet ay 9:00am in the library parking lot. Roads to be covered are California, Alaska, Main and Beach.

Manchester Foundation – needs to meet in October

Sewers sub-committee- LID #9 petition has been submitted to BOCC..

No other committee reports.

Discussions:

1. The letter to the BOCC on the formation of MCAC has been signed and sent.

2. We would like to have a candidates forum. Although schedules have probably already been set- Carole will see what we can find out.

Next MCC meeting: Sept. 22^rd .
