Downtown Design Committee
2/28/06 Update:
This group was originally called the "Revitalize Village Center"
committee, but the current committee members have agreed that this
name was not appropriate for the current goals of the group.
They have come up with a new name, and a new mission statement:

Support a commercial village core
that acts as a community center and maintains the small town
charm and quaintness Manchester currently offers.

Promote a cohesive design concept
for the commercial sector that compliments the qualities of
Manchester.

Encourage commercial development
that enhances the natural environment, protects the spectacular
views and maintains the waterfront accessibility of the downtown
core.
