Regular Manchester Meetings:

Manchester Community Council

Public MCC meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of every month, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in the Manchester Library community room.  The minutes of these meetings, as well as a draft of the Bylaws are linked on the MCC Homepage.

We encourage you to come to the next MCC meeting and join one of these groups.  There are also subcommittees for issues such as developing a larger library/community center, building height restrictions, sewers, the downtown design development, plus the newly formed Historical Society.

Get involved in your community!

Manchester Crime Prevention / Public Safety Group (MCP/PSG)

Informal Discussion Group - Meets Every Tuesday Morning
6:45 am    Manchester Family Inn

This group of dedicated local residents (aka Neighborhood Watch Group) meets every Tuesday morning for coffee and an informal discussion about safety issues in Manchester.  The minutes of the weekly meetings are posted on this website (under the Council pages).  Please take a few minutes to scan some of these minutes to see what these folks are working on for our town.  And come join them for coffee on Tuesday morning!  Everyone is welcome - the more people who take an interest in the safety of our community, the better!
