community came together in 2007 to work with Kitsap County
to update our Sub Area Plan. The final version was
accepted in December, 2007.

The Manchester Community Foundation is a non-profit
organization, comprised of several standing committees, each
with it's own ByLaws and Executive Board.
The Friends of the Library is it's own non-profit entity, and
does not fall under the Foundation umbrella. It is
included on this website as a community service.
